TriaExodus produces bespoke cigar gift boxes, sold through DesignMyCigar.com, where customer photos become Cuban-style illustrations and every box carries custom names, dates and labels.
Each order passes through three departments, and each one was working from something different. So I designed and deployed a web app that connects all three: sales logs the customer request, design pulls the brief and uploads the final file, and print pulls it down and works through a filtering system that keeps every job organized.
It has been in production for over a year, with 100+ orders recorded through it.
